Bullying has become a serious issue and with the fast growing cyber world the internet has become a major outlet. To reverse the cycle and fight against bullying we have come up with TBK (To Be Kind).

Doing simple random acts of kindness can help reverse the roles of bullying, by completing the Daily Challenges on the TBK facebook page we can all become one step closer to a bully free environment. These challenges can be completed by anyone and anywhere...remember a little kindness can go a long way!
